2. What data do we process?
2.1. Contact form
If you submit the website's contact form, we process the following data:

2.2. Data stored in your browser
The website does not use tracking code, analytics cookies or marketing cookies. The following information is stored in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us:

This information stays in your browser and supports the website's functionality.
2.3. Fonts and external resources
The website's fonts and images are hosted on our own hosting account. We do not load fonts from external providers, so opening the website does not send data to third parties for these resources.
3. Processors
We use the following processors to operate the website:

During AI processing, the name, email address and phone number are not forwarded. Every reply is reviewed by a person before sending.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request information about the data we process, access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure or restriction, request data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@myaura.hu. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than one month.
5. Data security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the contact form, including a hidden honeypot field, rate limiting and spam filtering.
6. International transfers
Information submitted through the form is stored on our own server. The text of some messages may be processed by Anthropic, without names, contact details or other direct identifiers, to classify enquiries and prepare reply drafts. Transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards. During technical operation, certain third-party providers may process data under their own terms.
7. Complaints
If you believe that processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, Hungary; +36 1 391 1400; naih.hu.

We may update this notice. Changes will be published on this page along with an updated “Last updated” date.
